    Redundant WAN Link router options

Our company is currently in the process of adding in a second point-to-point WAN link between our 2 main offices. I am looking for suggestions as to what type of router and router configuration to use that will allow us to fail over to the second link if the first link goes down and then switch...

    Redirect Operator Mailbox

I am so sorry for not getting back until today but I have been swamped with work and finally have time to look into this again. I see 2 suggestions above and I will try either but I am not exactly sure where to make these changes at. Any help would be great. Thanks

SIP softphone feature access code issue.

Please disregard that last post. After I started looking deeper the system had my desk phone setup differently than the standard desk phones which mine allowed for call fwd and the standard phones do not. I matched the sip phone to my desk phone and it worked. A complete oversite on my part...

    Redirect Operator Mailbox

I am looking for a way to redirect the operator mailbox to a different extension mailbox. Currently when you call into our system if you dial xxx-xxx-x414 this is a ring group that rings on multiple phones. If there is no answer it gets forwarded to voicemail box 426. This works fine. If you...

SIP softphone feature access code issue.

Ok that makes sense. I can dial to any extension, any external phone from my SIP phone without issue. I can even access many of the feature codes without problems either but I cannot access the Call Fwd feature access code. Only thing I can think of is since the SIP phone does not have a call...

SIP softphone feature access code issue.

I am not the best at configuring this system but I can get around. When you suggest the dialing plan where would I look for this? I can tell you that the SIP extension is configures the same as my deskphone in that it can dial out, long distance etc but there may be something I am mising too...

SIP softphone feature access code issue.

The codes do not need to be * or # and I have tested it by changing it to a standard numer but it still does not work with SIP phone. Also one thing I tried was I created a system speed dial 655 and programmed that to be **65650458 when I dial 655 on any desk phone call fowarding gets updated...

SIP softphone feature access code issue.

I have a generic SIP extension configured and it works fine. If I wanted to remotely put my desk phone into DND using the SIP phone I can dial *61458 and my DND light turns on. If I want to disable DND I can dial *62458 from my SIP phone and the light goes off so I know the SIP phone can access...

Mitel 3300 System Speed Call Script - OPS manager

After I sent that last message I realized there is no PM option on these forums which is fine so I will just ask how you would go about updating mine using a batch file currently our helpdesk extension is 450 when someone calls 450 and no one answers rather than going to voicemail it rings...

Mitel 3300 System Speed Call Script - OPS manager

No and worst case that is an ok way of doing it however if we are not at work let alone at the desk where the phone would be set up we wouldn't be able to use it as easily. However we always have access to a web page even via phone which is why i want to create some sort of script to do it...
