It looks like 9.5.800 requires a new Crystal version to modify custom reports. Any comments or experience on if there are speed improvements on Crystal reports? Any other update problems?

Today, I finally needed to install Crystal Reports v10 on our one and only Windows 7 system (64-bit). My initial installation failed. I reinstalled by right-clicking the setup.exe file and choosing, "run as administrator." It now works perfectly. Maybe it will also work for v8.5. Good luck!

psuno1's solution is exactly what worked for us. I had 5 clean updates and 2 failed. I ran "sys resore" to get the 2 machines working again, then called Exact support. They suggested same as psuno1. I have not yet updated to ES9.5.400.
