I have a similar issue that just started on a install that is 6 months old. System Status shows Avaya IPOCC Sip reg expired and when I dial my sip ext (699) calls hang up. I have a ticket open with Avaya, but from a config standpoint nothing has changed since the install in February.

Yes I rebooted the IPO several times. I finally just had a second dig exp 16 b ordered and it worked. Curiously, the replacement only worked on port 8 of the IPO! Its working now, I won't even try to move it to another port. Thank you to all for all the advise.
