We have had a couple of IPLDK 20 systems do this about a year or so after install. We changed the back up battery and it seems to have cured the problem (at least until the next storm.)

we connected to this before on an IPO406 (version 3)but i believe it only connected when using a Phone Manager Pro licence,Haven't tried it with IP500 Version 6.
It,s been a while since I worked on LG34I but I believe in prog 47 either a flex button takes youb to adding members or pressing "Speed" button on prog phone takes you yhere and you use flex button to add each user i.e. flex 1 = group member 1, flex 2 for member 2 etc hope this helps

My prob was much simpler,we went through customers network and found the router was on the end of two hubs!!! changed to a 24 port switch SCN is up and running since.
I have a problem with 3 SOEs linking via Draytek adsl routers (All sites have 1 Meg broadband and Drayteks are supplying VPN.)
when the network is set up initially the SOEs "self learn" users etc, and function as they should.
however after a period of a few hours they no longer "see" each other...
