I have a Base VCM64v2 module. Incoming calls work fine. When a call is going to fail, I do not hear ringing.
The called party can answer, but the calling party has silence.
AT&T says their flex team sees everything fine on their end.

I have a Office V500 Release 5 with IDECT Phones.
The time and date on the IP office digital phones are correct.
The IDECT master is pointing to the IP Office for it's time server.
