We upgraded from CM6 to CM10 a couple of years ago and our stack of g650s with digital and analog phones has been running great ever since. We use a long range analog cordless phone off of the PBX and they all get calls in and out just fine. They also display CID when an extension calls the...
So we just upgraded from CM6.0 to CM10.1 and a user has brought something to my attention. Their department has a call answer-group that delivers most of their calls. sometimes the caller is transferred to a specific extension in the group and they're set to cover to the answer-group. one of the...
I knew I was missing something stupid. This is what I needed. Thank you. I risked looking stupid online and saved myself looking stupid to the on-site tech next week. Again, thanks.
I'm trying to add some DBMs to some 1416. I've got PSUs and the lights on the DBM will light up when the 1416 gets plugged in, but the phone system never sees it and I can't program it. Is there a firmware mismatch or something that I'm missing? Next week we'll be upgrading from CM6 to CM10.1...

I have a working set of sip trunks used as a tie to our fax server and all traffic to and from the server uses our PRIs. We have 24 sip channels provisioned for the server, but just 12 fax server channels. Periodically through the week we get a rash of faxes to our switchboard when they have...
No stand-by or fail-over of any kind to use. Hard power-down of the server fixed my issue this morning. Now I can at least start to figure out what logs are filling up and try to prevent this in the future.
Thanks for the response.
So, this morning I found that I couldn't log into the web interface, instead, my browser returned "Unrecoverable processing error occurred", no matter the IP address or username/pwd. The internet tells me it's because there's a log file(s) full. The internet, this site especially, tells me that...
