It would save heaps of time if the Label field on programmable keys could be linked to the User name for DSS/BLF keys. So if you update the name of a User then any DSS/BLF keys associated with that directory number have the label automatically updated.

Thanks Guys, Yeah a reboot of the phone seems to resolve it. -We *** the Device-only on to the phone. -Login HD user -Display doesn't update -Uu-plug and re-plug phone -Re-login HD user -Display updates.... Strange it doesn't update the first time though. Cheers

Nothing in the logs. Only that the hot desk user has logged in. The extension works fine, just the display that doesn't update.
