Create a user & forward the user to the hunt group. Then label the user on Reception's button as the Service Dept.

Sorry, must not have been clear enough. The 1 manager wants to press 1 button and have the system ring out to the other 4 managers & engage them all in a conference call. If they were responsible enough to call in this wouldn't be an issue... but this is what was requested.
