I managed to configure the phone.
The problem was the firmware.
I have upgrade the sip firmware (from 5.0 to 8.0.1) on the phone and then it registers without problem, following the cisco documentation.
I managed to configure third party phone too.

In other world the client browser, by some reason, is not be able to receive the cookie from the server, and this is not a connectivity problem!
