I've look in the opt/vmpro/logs and it isn't very helpful. When I search the email address, I only see where the user settings are being changed from Copy to Forward. Is there a specific log I need to enable or look at?
When a user is set to Forward, the email comes through every time. When the user is set to Copy, the phone gets the VM, but the email never comes through. This happens on all extensions and it doesn't matter the email address. SE R11. Any ideas?

I found the fix for this today... You need to do three things.
1) Go into the google account security settings and setup 2 Factor Authentication.
2) Go to the google account security settings and setup "App Passwords"
3) Change the password in Manager or HMail Server from the actual account...

customer whats to use his mobile app in telecommuter mode, so its not relying on the data connection for the voice.
so i tried to use manager and it fails after the password step. i logged into the security settings for each 500v2 and reset the system password for each system and I still get failed upgrade before it starts transferring files and everything.
