My customer is looking to put his 3500 on his LAN to access it using Manager C, where do i need to put the IP Address on the 3500 so he can access it and make changes.I see the 3500 has a LAN RJ45 connection on the front of the card so i am guessing this can be done. Any advise help[s

yes put a rep dial with the extension you want to monitor flag it with LED. You can then see when they are on the phone and hit that button to call them. You will not be able to pick up their line in order to do that you must use mulaps
