I tried to run a CMS backup form CMS Supervisor. When i click run, I got the following error message:
Cannot access the volume. Please check the mounted volume and/or the device drive.
Please can someone tell me how to fix it to ge the backup job run? Thank you.

Login as "root"
then
cd /
/usr/sbin/shuntdown -i6 -g5 -y
Is that the same command you post?
