Yup, I thought that too. But it's been too much of a pain. It's running flawlessly now, but I don't expect to have to send things back (wiping out any savings made by purchasing on the internet), and it's been unstable with OS upgrades too.

Presuming your username and password is correct, I'd put in the dns numbers by hand too.
Set your timeout to zero, and your mtu to 1458 vc based.
I'd check with your provider first and go over the setup with them.
Yup, you're right. It is a long wait. And then about onther hour on the phone b4 they decide to send you a replacement. What with the call cost, and the cost of sending the old one back.... I lost any savings I made buying online :(

I'm having the same problem with my 814 since attempting to upgrade the OS. Didn't work, finally managed a roll back, but now I get around 20 mins connectivity before the thing looses it :( Timeout set to "0"
