I would like to mention the client has 4 lines that Hunt from 1 to 4 and than to voicemail. If call come on line1 callerID is okay,Than call2 will go to 2nd line but caller ID will show still the original callerID of Line1. (phone will not show caller2 ID...
problem with Caller ID on call waiting. When talking on line and a call come in as call waiting. System unable to show the call waiting caller ID unless you hangup the first call and than you can see the new call ID.
Upgraded firmware to latest.
