    Thanks Otoni. That's what I thought as well, but the telco is telling me they don't send that info on the PRI and it should come from the pbx. I'll have to go back to them and see what's going on.

    Hello, I have an NS1000 with a PRI (Port type CO) but I am only able to push out the number id when making a trunk call. Does anyone know how I can push out the company name along with the number so the receiving party can see who is calling? Thanks, Shel
