Turns out that this release cannot be reset as per manual. You have to go Avaya support for reset. Bonfire material.

I have had tech's check addressing at site. All changes are displaying in BCM. Checked port connection to network o.k. I am leaning toward a hard reboot?

I am located remotely. I had tech to site and he verified adresses.

Doing a network upgrade. Ip address changes on customer network. Change addressing in BCM then wait for reboot. Cannot access BCM from new or old IP.

Made changes to IP and Gateway addresses. BCM locks up. Any solutions to get it going?

Tested line one. AA will not transfer to local. "Message back says invalid extension." Dial in on line 2. AA answers and able to transfer to 2xx local. Either DTMF tones not sending from C.O. or line 1 port suspect? Anyone run into this before?

I have tested by dialing in on line one. The message states " you have reached and invalid extension." I dial in and hit line 2 and get transferred correctly. My thought is either c.o. is not send DTMF tones or line 1 port is faulty. Anyone run into this?
