The HP4M is not a "network" printer pre-se. It is local to the NT Server and shared out for all clients on my home LAN. The HP4M works when printing directly from the NT4Server. The HP4M doesn't have an IP so it can't be ping'd but from anywhere on my LAN, the NT4Server can be ping'd...- alansb
