The solution was the following:
Changed the username of the pilotuser to the phonenumber whithout the 0 (eg 0547278844 became 547278844) in Broadsoft and set the identification in the caller tab to username.
after that I made shure that the DID was matching that number.

i added a sip trunk to a KX-NCP500 and incoming calls are not working, outbound is fine.
I had a look at the DDI/DID table and check the number, tried without a 0, added the country extension etc.
Any ideas? thanks a lot!
