We use ASPPDF (http://www.asppdf.com) for our PDF creation needs. It has alot of functionality including a really nice function that converts any URL to a PDF.

I have never used mysqldump before ... but this might help get to the end goal.
If the tables are in the myISAM engine you can just copy the .frm, .myi and .myd files from the /mysql/data/<database>/ directory to the new server, stop and start mySQL on the second server and you're good to go.

I made a mistake in Disk Manager and accidentally marked the partition on my D: drive as active while going to format the external back-up device on my colo'ed server.
I havent rebooted since doing this, not sure if there will be any issues involved in this. I dont think this will cause any...
Update:
Ran Microsoft Anti-Spyware ... it found a piece of spyware called "Adware.cmdService" ... something we thought we had already cleaned. Its totally removed now, however the problem is still persisting. The hidden files I found with Rootkit Revealer are still there.
