I ran into the same problem last week on BCM 3.7, and it was caused by what acewarlock said, the new version of JAVA. As soon as I uninstalled it, everything was fine.
At this point, everything is working well, so I am wary of applying any more patches unless they become absolutely necessary. (That patch may have been applied as part of our install as well, would have to check the patches on the machine)
Hi HASAGO.
No error message would come up, just nothing would happen. Our phone supplier talked to Nortel who supplied us with Ver. 3.7, so after we ran the upgrade everything worked fine again. It seems like something in the 99.3 patch breaks the push function, and Nortel didn't have an answer...
Thanks for the reply acewarlock.
When you say reprogram it, do you mean re-doing the settings (which I have tried) or something more involved?
Thanks again.
I had the CDR working fine, pushing out records to an FTP server until I applied the cumulative patch BCM_360[1].259_CUMULATIVE.99.3. Now the records don't go, even when I do a "Transfer Immediately" on the BCM. Has anyone else had this issue? (It is a BCM 400, by the way)
