    The line redirection is already allowed. Yes, whenever we dial out to a long distance number, we have to put in a code.

    Can you call forward to a long distance number with restrictions???????? I tried Feature 4 then 1-area code-number Feature 71, then LD Code. It doesn't work...is there anything else I can do???

    DID on Softphone DN??????

    I have set up a DID on a softphone ext and it is only going straight to the receptionist instead of to the DN. Is there something I am missing or can a DID not be put on a softphone?????
