LINKS NOT OPENING
SOME LINKS NOT OPENING. BOTH IN WEB PAGES AND OUTLOOK EXPRESS. HOWEVER SOME LINKS DO OPEN, I HAVE NO IDEA WHY. WHEN CERTAIN LINKS DO NOT OPEN, THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS...WHEN I CLICK ON A LINK OR A SELECTION WITHIN A SITE, THE ARROW CURSOR TURNS INTO A HAND AND NOTHING HAPPENS, IT JUST LOCKS UP. IF...- 400EX

I have entered all of the dll files, but the same problem is still there. I talked to a friend and she had the same some time ago. Her problem was linked some how to an anti-popup software that she may have got through Norton Antivirus. She said that in order to hook up the links through email...- 400EX

Outlook Express will not open links
I am unable to open links from within an email in Outlook Express. When the link is clicked the hand symbol stays on the screen, no progress "green bar" indicator shows up, and nothing happens. The only way to get out is to End Task through Task Manager. Any ideas are greatly appriciated.- 400EX
