I've read everyone talking about how to reset the password on this switch, however it's not working. Hardware and Firmware settings are HW:RevA FW:V1.46 SW:v3.0.0.41 ISVN:0 I've tried the NetICs backdoor when you first power on...no luck. I just want to Factory Reset The Sucker! Anyone...- Kavik00
