No the button down the side. There is nothing displayed. Here what I do: Either rec/place call press conf place call on hold dial number when call is connected the display says press the call on hold. Then the display says conf busy.

No I have to hit the other conference button to get dial tone.

Well I looked and there is 2 lines or intercoms. I was told that it did work at one time, but do not know when it stopped working. I do know that this system has been upgraded to 3.7. Is it possible that a Keycode/option has been drop? I would think that that would be a given in the system...

When trying to conference pushing the conference button and it tells me to push the call on hold it gives back that the conference is busy. So this is on interal phones also ext to ext as well as outside to inside. Can this be fixed?
