Has anyone ever got Error code 19 for 2000 pro
Hiya mate The error code 19 can translate to 'The media is write protected' This might not be any help at all ecept to back up what the others have said...It might be shot...Have you tried another CD-Drive,,Process of elimination... Ratty- SouthernRat

Is this problem at work? If so are you running Novell? If that is so as well then there will be an icon in Control Panel called CSNW (Client Services For Netware)and in there will be an option to switch of printer notification or something like that. PCI Network Cards V PnP
OK.. I have had this problem before and solved it quite easily... If you have a PCI NIC Card and try to boot into DOS using whatever boot disc under the sun it will not detect the NIC. ANSWER: Disable Plug 'n' Play in BIOS. Now Help... What if your getting the same problems but don't have any...- SouthernRat
