I had read through that manual and couldn't tell whether or not the PBX code was an arbitrarily set number, if it had to follow a pattern, if it was preset, etc..it's a 3 digit code, and I assume it can be any 3 digit unique code. I dunno.

Ah, I see it now. In the TVA Maintenance Console. Mailbox Setting -> Manage all Mailboxes in the System -> edit Mailbox -> Personal Dist. List -> Personal Custom Service.

I appreciate your help with both my threads...even if I do go teh preferred method of direct extension, I'd still like to know where to find and/or establish a PBX code. Seems like an elusive thing to find.

There will be an actual person sitting at this extension for part of the day. When this person isn't there the call needs to be routed to a couple different possible extensions, depending on what is needed.
There would be much weeping and gnashing of teeth if I told everyone their extensions were changing...even if it were as simple as adding a leading number to their existing extension.
