    I had read through that manual and couldn't tell whether or not the PBX code was an arbitrarily set number, if it had to follow a pattern, if it was preset, etc..it's a 3 digit code, and I assume it can be any 3 digit unique code.     Ah, I see it now. In the TVA Maintenance Console. Mailbox Setting -> Manage all Mailboxes in the System -> edit Mailbox -> Personal Dist. List -> Personal Custom Service. I didn't know that existed. Tx for putting me on the right track -J

    There will be an actual person sitting at this extension for part of the day. When this person isn't there the call needs to be routed to a couple different possible extensions, depending on what is needed.
