I'll take a look around COS form to see if i can find that option.
As for the multicall i added the ext to several phones and made it prime on one phone just to test it out. Will they all be able to check that vm and/or get notifications?

I have tried the manual, but have not gotten far with it. It simply states that the user should dial the voicemail extension and follow the promts. Several users have done so. Yet it does not forward after a specific amount of rings.

Can someone explain step for step how to setup voicemail for users. Does this it forward to their voicemail after so many rings?
Also can vocemail be setup on an extension that has been added to several sets as a multiple ext?
