    The 4c has a standard SCSI centronix connector. Try CompUSA, BestBuy to find a cable with a DB25 on one end and a SCSI centronix on the other. Also search the web. This cable is not so old no one has it. Be prepared to pay between $30 and $40 retail for it. Web is usually cheaper.

    HP Scanjet 4c and Windows 2000

    Hi I have used the Scanjet 4c with Windows 2000 and now use it with Windows XP. I bought an Adaptec 2906 SCSI PCI card card at CompUSA. I believe is was $65. Works perfecly. No drivers needed. Simply buy the card, install the card then boot Windows and use the card. Hope this helps
