It should not be dialing at all, our connection is a broadband cable modem 'always-on'...How do I get it to understand that all it should do is connect over the existing internet connection?

I'm writing a bho that will (in essence) rewrite some of the images in the web pages that load. The problem I'm having is that when I load a web page, all the graphics come up for a second, then they are changed as needed. It doesn't look very good this way...

That helps clear things up a little. I don't see a way to use the iPicture type to print text like I can using a picture box, but I've got a bunch of things to research now and I'm sure I'll figure something out. I'll probably end up having to use the API but I hope not :)...
