Activity code problems
We are having a problem with the transfer button dissapearing intermittently. This is only happening in the department that is using the activity code feature in symposium. Not Ready Reson Codes
We are looking at implementing Not Ready Reason Codes for our customer service department. Currently they are using 3903 series phones.
