I have a 5212 phone that I have plugged into our LAN. I have added a new user to the control panel. However the ICP shows the phone as out of service and the phone display simple shows "DHCP Discovery".
How do I bring the phone back into service?
Ok I got the remote user to reset the phone as discussed. The following message appeared.

To my knowledge the previous IT person had the phone working, but decided to clean up the control panel and removed it with the intention of adding it...
Thanks for the reply Irwin. I have been informed that it is definately plugged in but just doesnt seem to be pulling the settings across from the server. How would a user reset the phone? Or do you mean, unplug and plug back in scenario?
