Adding a phone to an existing setup.

Hello all, I have a 5212 phone that I have plugged into our LAN. I have added a new user to the control panel. However the ICP shows the phone as out of service and the phone display simple shows "DHCP Discovery". How do I bring the phone back into service?

Thanks for the reply Irwin. I have been informed that it is definately plugged in but just doesnt seem to be pulling the settings across from the server. How would a user reset the phone? Or do you mean, unplug and plug back in scenario?
