I have checked out a number of COS flags etc to no avail. Am I right in thinking that an ACD path as an originating party couldnt make external calls as there are no COS or COR assigned to it?

OK the real update.
The system is a Mitel 3300MXEII running 8.0.7.16_2. All voicemails apart from this particular instance are working correctly.
The auto attendant message that is played in this case is the standard "if you know the extension of the party you wish to contact blah blah blah"...

Yes the first thing I did was to change the DSP from slot 4 to 3 where I still got the 25% failure error, after which I installed the second DSP and got 50%.

They already have the Teleworker solution for users abroad but I think I would rather go down the virtual call center route as it seems a little more feature rich being at agent level and not group level.
