    Crystal Enterprise Offline Viewer

This follows the thread782-282959 "Can Enterprise Do This?" where it talks about "posting" a report and letting the users retrieve it from where ever this is posted. Just to clarify, are you talking about posting this to the web (intranet for example)? I would like to use the viewer for some...

How to avoid prompt for parameter

You are right, I should have been more clear. There is no parameter field in the main report only in the subreport. The main report and subreport are linked in the way you are indicating. There are no parameters in the main report.

How to avoid prompt for parameter

First of all the main report and subreport are linked by this parameter field. It is only returning the subreport for that parameter that we are forced to enter. Second, how to get the data to load WITHOUT parameters has been my question all along. I think you are misunderstanding something...

Use of Distribution Lists in BO XIR2

Does anyone know if they added the functionality back into BOXI R2 for using distribution lists when sending reports via email? I know that they took this away in CE10 and it is still not in BOXI R1. Way to go. NOT. Thanks

    BOE XI Offline viewer

Unfortunately there no longer is an off line viewer. To accomodate this we had to send reports out in other formats.

    Deleting Report Instances

All the objects have the same number of instances allowed. Sorry I should have included that in the first place. Gwen

    Deleting Report Instances

I have a folder of reports that have the limit of report instances set to 5. For some reason this is being ignored and there are close to 3000 instances of some reports under this folder. The hotfix from 2/06 that was to help with some instance limit issues has been applied. I have...
