Hi, Would anyone be able to tell me why I'm receiving some zeros against an agent's name in the 'Activity Occurrences' field of an Activity Code Report? The rest are either 1, 2, or 3.
I'm running SECC 4.2.

I would suspect that you have a security dongle attached to the USB port of the server hosting OTM - if so, check that the 'donglechecker.exe' process is running on the server. If it isn't, you should be able to find the .exe of the same name and be able to doubleclick this to start the process...

We have an option 11 at another site, so it is possible that calls may route in/out of this if our ISDN30 channels are all full.

I understand my company has 30 channels coming into the business via an ISDN30 card; does this mean that we can only accept 30 concurrent calls before calls are rejected or the caller receives a busy tone?
