I've given up on this OTM Web access - it's a clean installation with default settings and it's still not functional. Apparently there are not many users on the Web-interface for the OTM system... There are simply no support in my home country (one down for Nortel).

Nope. I mean - I dont know. Any idea of where this Java thing is located?
Maybe I should mention that my 2 OTM klient PCs have Windows 2000 installed and my own PC is running Windows XP SP1.

I'm using IE version 6.0.2800.1106.xpsp2.021108-1929 (well, that is what it says when I look under Help->About Internet Explorer.
I've tried Mozilla as well but with the same result so my conclusion is that it's not a browser thing.

Where do I create the users? In the OTM system (normal client logon) or on the Windows 2000 server? and what rigths (group membership etc.) must the users have?
The reason for my questions is that our supplier is not very informative nor helpfull. They answer my questions...
