    It is running 62.0.0.0 so only a couple of revisions behind. I will try installing that. It is just strange that it is only some phones with the issue and others deregister fine, yet they are the same make, model and running the same firmware as ones that do not work.

    Hi telcodog, The Auto-assign DN checkbox is unticked already on the IP Terminal Global Settings tab. Can you see why I am completely stumped with this one! Thanks. S.
