    Ok...the BFT is Good...! I plug the monitor in the system and found out that the hard drive is BAD...is there any place that I can get a CD image of the 3.7 NT? or I might have to purchase one? Can I just use any hard drive and restore the 3.7 file on to it or do I have to use the exact drive...

    Shutdown the system completely and reboot....same thing! Rightnow looking like we got a junk system from our vendor...this is very disappointed...they really don't want anything to do with the system claiming that it is over the warranty and have no replacement....refer us to some other vendor...

    I need help with some input from the expert as to what happened...we recently got a BCM200 ver. 3.5 two years ago ....about one year ago the BCM lost all IP connection to IP phones and we can not access via Web interface...so they replace the BFT to another one. Now we are experiencing the same...
