Yes all telephony devices are connected to same power supply. I connected startalk to a different power supply but nope, I stil get inactive feature for F903....

I took a digital phone to the systems room. Unplugged the cable @ port 2 .. I plugged the working set to the cable of port2 and it worked..Also the other port (number 4) worked as well. The power light is on and red on flashtalk.. O know the VMAIL DN number which is 251..

I deleted the XFTEST CODEs but I had written them down if they are required..

I powered down everything.. Cleared the codes @ XFTEST.. Rebooted.. Nope.. F903-->Feature Inactive , F983 --> Feature Inactive

After serious power outages (special thanks go to the city of atlanta construction team in front of our building) our voicemail is not working at all. I get "feature inactive" for all voicemail attempts (F981,F983,F986 etc..)
I checked the forum history. There is a recommendation for...
1- Mailboxes are initialized, they even contain messages inside. I can reach them F981 - Log:2400000 (240 is the set number) and I can personalize greetings or change passwords..It is also possible to leave a message through F986.
They only do not pick up after 5 rings, instead general delivery...
