CDRW format error at 98%
Some CD burners (HP 8100i,one sony and others) can not use the 80 minutes, only 78. You have to update the firmware. good luck- alexys

Firmwareupgrade (HP CD-Writer 8100i)
To solve this problem you have to copy the CDR4DLL.DLL file in the windows\system directory. After that, run the upgrade the firmware. It will work OK. If you do not have this file download it. Go to yahoo and use CDR4DLL.DLL HP, you will find it somewhere. good luck- alexys
