Thanks for your reply, So you say you use a "Menu Node" mailbox and it will play the message 1 or 2 times before ringing zero. But it still does something else, other than just play a message on a continous loop or play and then cut off. I guess there is no way to stop the Mitel interacting...- MitelSystems
