As the the administrator of the Call Pilot voice mail system, you cannot recover any deleted messages if the end user deletes them. (I had an exec request me to restore his deleted messages). No matter what?

Can you recover deleted voice mails once the user has deleted it and ended the session?
Also... is there a way to transfer phone messages from one mailbox to another without the user's knowledge?
