Two part question
First I have a nonVXR 7206 running IOS 12.2, I also have PA-8B-S/T pn#73-2194-01, will this card and router support voice?
Assuming it does support voice how can I forward these calls to my asterisk box?

OER requires that my 7206 have 256 MB of DRAM and 48 MB of flash along with IOS 12.4(15)T. I currently only have an NPE-200 with 128MB of ram. Can the NPE-200 support OER or would I have to upgrade the NPE to 225 w/ 256MB?
Yes they are internet connections, Yes the ISP will run BGP to me. They will use a private AS and we wont be using HSRP. We will be Using a 7206 router with a multi t1 card and 2 FastEthernet cards.
The OER or PfR may be a great option for us as we dont need to speak BGP or involve the ISP...
