We recently saw similar symptoms and discovered that the HD that the Project Server Database was stored on was full. Corrected that and we could access the database from all places. Depending on your OS you may be able to select "Login using dial-up networking" when you first logon to your machine. This is also dependent on the VPN client you are using. The other option is if you are prompted for a username and password when trying to access network resources...- cgervo

It sounds like a routing issue. Do these PCs behind the Linksys know to go through the Linksys box to access your Virtual Lan. You should try a tracert command to see what IP routes are being used.- cgervo
