The software ver. is 31.10.14.22 . When I try build the box without the ext. I get same message right at class of service, it states it cannot continue exit. we have been doing this with a fast RAD. Not sure if we can VPN in or not

It just rings. after period time, in the display you see EXT: and then it shows Exit.
