    thanks sem for your answer, but i don't know how to get the item name. i've tried to look for in the forms help on-line, but i don't understand how to use the menu built-ins "get_menu_item_property" and "set_menu_item_property". can you help me ?

    Oracle Forms 4.5 and Menu

    Anyone knows how to come back to the menu item that opens a forms when exiting the opened forms? Now, when i exit the opened forms, it comes back to the main menu and not to the menu item that opens it. I'm using oracle forms 4.5 in character mode. Thank you.
