I have some correlated questions about my post : 1. Can a script be associated to CDN controlled by CTI. Hi all, I am new to this forum and do not have much knowledge about Nortel. What I would like to do is to release a call from a CTI controlled CDN, is it possible? It could also be from an ACD Queue.- gui75
