No I didn't put a password when I loaded the program. I deleted the program 3 times and installed it again. I still get a enter passcode box.[/indent]3-11-15 036

I recently took over an account with a MICS 7.0 software. The company that maintained the system changed installers passcode.
Verizon was the existing company. Tried to contact Verizon and getting code is impossible. No one know anything.
Since Avaya bought Nortel, there is no tech support...
