    Using Windows Dialler with BCM 3.6

    When the system was working we had "DN NAME - DN Number" e.g. "John- 233" selected instead of H323. When the system goes down it says "Pre-selected line no longer exists" and I lose the option to select "John - 233" from the frop down list....!!! The BCM helpline is busy...!!! since yesterday....!!!
