I found the backlight. I broke it, but found it! It had two rubber tabs that had to be pressed in to release a metal bar covering it...
I do, and I have tried several different search engines with different combinations of words. I can only get retailers and complete screen purchase offers. I think I'm just going to press my luck and try :)
