    We used Ethernet connection as Serial cable not available; we entered the User/password but we are getting "access denied".

    Many thanks for your reply; in fact we changed the power unit with the one in the Expansion unit but same problem still persisting.

    I have a BCM450 with Power led Solid Green & status led solid red (in fact the status led took 20 mnts blinking Green then it turned solid red). It supposed to be "Services initialization FAILURE". Please advise if you have a solution. Many thanks in advance.
